This bath salt is specially formulated to speed up the muscle recovery process and reduce inflammation. - Muscle Soak: Pour 1-2 cups into warm bath water or an ice bath. Soak for 20 minutes, allowing the rich minerals to absorb into the skin and relieve aching muscles. - - Foot bath: Pour 1 cup into a large bowl of warm water for a relaxing foot bath. Soak the feet for 20 minutes.
- Warm Compression: Dissolve 1 cup in a large bowl of warm water. Soak a washcloth in the bowl and wring out the excess water. Apply the washcloth to sore muscles until it is no longer warm. Repeat 2 or 3 times to reduce pain and swelling.
- Skin exfoliation: Mix a handful with your favorite body oil. Gently massage the mixture onto the skin to exfoliate dry skin to reveal a smoother, healthier complexion and prevent dryness and irritation.
