This protein-rich banana cake is the ideal post-workout snack

Proteins + fast (natural) sugars and slow carbohydrates = the perfect snack for after your workout.

Ingredients:

- 4 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 65 grams of pitted dates
- 150 grams of oatmeal
- handful of raisins
- handful of unroasted and unsalted nuts finely chopped
- 40 grams of pure chocolate finely chopped
- cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 scoop of NutraBio protein vanilla
- cake tin with baking paper
