Diindolylmethane or DIM is a powerful natural compound found in many cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and kale. The main benefit of DIM lies in its estrogen metabolizing effects. A single bottle of DIM contains a one to two month supply of 30 to 60 daily servings in a small vegetable capsule. We have also added 500mg of Calcium-D-Glucarate which works synergistically with DIM to enhance the estrogen modulating benefits of this product.
